Shipping Policy

We roast our coffee to order every Monday.

All orders received before midnight on a Saturday are roasted, packed & shipped on the Monday. 


We offer free shipping on all UK orders. 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 available for an extra £5.

Our EU and REST OF THE WORLD shipping is currently suspended due to difficulties we have encountered since Brexit. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. If the situation changes we will update it here. 


Shipping to all EU countries costs a flat rate of £6 on all orders.

We also have the option of an EU Tracked & Signed service that costs a flat rate of £10 on all orders.

*This includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Also includes Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. 



Shipping to all other countries costs a flat rate of £20 on all orders.

Shipping Times

We use either Royal Mail or Evri for all our UK shipping. Our Free shipping will usually arrive within 3-5 days of postage however Royal Mail only guarantee delivery within 28 days. The Royal Mail Tracked 24 service aims to deliver the parcel within 1 day of postage but we cannot be held responsible if there are delays. 


Our EU and REST OF THE WORLD shipping is currently suspended.


Our EU and REST OF THE WORLD shipping (for packages under 2kg) is handled by Royal Mail in the UK and then passed on to local postage companies in the destination country. For packages over 2kg we use DPD. Delivery times can range between 5-28 days however most items will arrive in 6-7 days. Our standard EU postage is not tracked however a signed and tracked service is available for a fee. All our REST OF THE WORLD postage is Tracked and we do not currently offer a none tracked service outside the EU. 

Taxes, Import Duty & Customs

Any packages being sent out of the UK may also incur extra charges depending on the customs and import rules of the destination country, these charges are not included in the shipping rates and are to be paid by the customer. This will be dealt with by your local postage service. We are unable to answer questions regarding any extra fees you may be liable to pay, please contact your local customs office to enquire about any fees. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs.

Returns Policy

We hope everyone is happy with their order, if not we will endeavour to make things right.


Coffee is a fresh product that is roasted to order so we do not accept returns on coffee orders. If there is a mistake with your order or you are unhappy in some way, please send an email to within 28 days of ordering and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Everything Else

If you have a problem with any other items you have ordered please send an email to within 28 days of ordering and we will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss a return/exchange.
