Hacienda San Isidro Labrador is situated in the Dota Hills of the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica. It is a family run farm focused on the production of extremely high quality specialty coffee. They have taken part in the Cup of Excellence for many years and achieved various 1st, 2nd and 3rd place lots.

The Processing

El Arrayan is an anaerobic natural microlot made up of Red and Yellow Catuai that is shade grown at the western edge of the farm. The wet milling process conserves the full cherry, which is then sealed into barrels for 120 hours, where anaerobic fermentation takes place. The cherries are then removed from the barrel and dried on African raised beds.
